Our flagship mentoring programme pairs successful mentee applicants with a Muslim woman mentor who holds experience in the mentee’s desired sector.
Together, participants work 1:1 over 6 months on their personal and professional development with the overall aim of supporting and advancing the mentee’s career goals and achievements.
“My mentee has shown immense change during our time together. It’s been an absolute pleasure to see.” – Mentor
Alongside 1:1 mentoring sessions and belonging to a mentee community, mentees benefit from peer support, networking opportunities, socials and 3 masterclasses to further their career development. These are delivered by Muslim women who are experts in their field. Some examples of masterclasses to date include:
- Building your personal brand
- Making networking work for you
- Leading with emotional intelligence.
Mentors receive mentor training, access to a range of exclusive events and skill share sessions.
“I feel so energised, uplifted and supported. We have outlined a focus per session and I’m really excited for my next session and the help my mentor can provide.” – Mentee
