Speakers Service:
The MWC Inspiring speakers programme provides young people in secondary schools, colleges and youth groups with access to assembly- style talks from successful Muslim women across sectors. Our aim is to link young people with accessible, inspiring role models from all different backgrounds who can share their top-level experience, journeys and insights.
Assemblies:
MWC assemblies for schools and youth groups comprise of a short talk where a speaker will share their career journey (15-20 minutes) followed by a Q&A with students (30-40 minutes). As long as the talk makes the most of the students’ and speaker’s time by being a conversation between them, it’s fine to agree a format with the speaker that will provoke the most interaction for your students.
CV and interview skills workshops:
Our CV and interview skills workshops are delivered by professionals across sectors. The 40 minutes workshop comprises of a variety of activities which help young people build their skills and increase their confidence. This workshop is suitable for year 10 +
